We appreciate your trust in Sunrex. All our watches come with a 2-year free warranty, starting from the date of purchase. To ensure your rights are protected, please review the warranty terms below:


1. Warranty Coverage

 

If any quality issues arise during the warranty period, please contact our support team at support@sunrexwatches.com, including the following details:

  • Your purchase order number
  • Mailing address
  • Contact information

2. Warranty Procedure

 

  • Please send your watch to:
    Room 2004, Nanyang Plaza, 57 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong
    (Note: Freight collect parcels will not be accepted.)
  • Once repaired, we will return the watch to you and cover the shipping cost.
  • If the issue falls outside the scope of the free warranty, we will contact you to discuss further arrangements.
  • Please note: Taxes and duties may apply and are excluded from coverage.

3. Exclusions from Free Warranty Service

 

The warranty does not cover:

  • Battery replacement
  • Cleaning of the watch case
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs
  • Misuse, negligence, incorrect voltage input, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events
  • Any direct or indirect losses resulting from product damage

4. Final Interpretation Rights

 

In case of any disputes, Sunrex reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding all warranty terms and conditions.
