We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers.
Customers should return with all free gifts / accessories / samples.
Taxes, duties, or import fees paid (if applicable) are charged by the customs authorities in the buyer’s territory and are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the product is returned or exchanged

Products with “non-returnable” remark
Free Gifts / Accessories / Samples
Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note
