Are Sunrex watches solar-powered?
Yes. Every Sunrex watch runs on our proprietary VILUMINUS™ movement, which charges with any light source. No batteries, no winding, no charging cables needed.
How long does the solar charge last?
A full charge gives you up to 6 months of power reserve, even in total darkness. Just wear it and go.
What materials are used in the watch casing and straps?
Our watches feature scratch-resistant stainless steel cases and come with interchangeable Italian leather or Tyvek straps, depending on the model.
Are your watches waterproof?
Yes. All Sunrex models are water-resistant up to 100 meters, making them suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and everyday wear.
Can I change the strap myself?
Absolutely. All Sunrex watches are designed with quick-release straps, so you can swap them out easily without tools.

What is the return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn watches in original condition. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
When will I get my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region, but most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Is there a warranty?

At the core of this watch series is a light-powered movement containing a solar cell underneath the dial to convert any light into "electrical energy" and reserve the power in the secondary battery. Viluminus is our signature tech at Sunrex Watches.

Daily Care

The watch requires good daily care.
- Do not wash the watch when its crown is in the extended position.
- Wipe away moisture, sweat or dirt with a soft cloth.
- After soaking the watch in seawater, be sure to wash the watch in clean, pure water and wipe it dry carefully.
- Do not pour running water directly from the faucet onto the watch. Put some water into a bowl first, and then soak the watch in the water to wash it.
Turn the crown from time to time. I order to prevent corrosion of the crown, turn the crown from time to time, after unlocking the screw down crown.
Press the button once in a while to prevent corrosion of the button.

Are your watches limited edition?
Yes. Each model is released in small batches of 300 or fewer, and once a design sells out, it may not be restocked. It's part of what makes each Sunrex watch special.
